These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of No All-Nighters ("No All-Nighters", "we", "us", or "our"), the task planning web and mobile application available at noallnighters.com and any associated services. By creating an account or using No All-Nighters, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use No All-Nighters. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.
No All-Nighters is a personal productivity tool that helps you plan tasks and deadlines by spreading them across configurable daily time slots. We may update, improve, or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uptime.
You can use No All-Nighters without signing in; your data will be stored locally on your device. If you sign in with Google, your tasks and settings will be synchronised to our cloud database so you can access them from other devices. You can sign out or clear your data at any time from within the app.
No All-Nighters offers a paid subscription at £3.99 per month, preceded by a 14-day free trial. You must provide a valid payment method to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged and the subscription will renew monthly until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle") acting as the merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, currency conversion, and any applicable sales tax or VAT. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" link in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until then. Cancelling during the free trial prevents any charge.

You agree not to: (a) use No All-Nighters for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the service; (c) upload malicious content or use automated means to abuse the service; (d) resell or sublicense access to No All-Nighters without our written consent.
You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and data you enter into No All-Nighters. By using the cloud sync feature, you grant us a limited licence to store, transmit, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
The No All-Nighters name, logo, design, and underlying software are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you except the limited right to use the service while your account is in good standing.
No All-Nighters is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. No All-Nighters is a planning tool and is not a substitute for your own academic judgement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, No All-Nighters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to No All-Nighters shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via the app or by email. Your continued use of No All-Nighters after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of No All-Nighters shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
